With the weather projected to be great this week, I wanted to see if there's any interest in getting a ride together for Tuesday. The weather's supposed to be great early this week and while I can't do anything today, I've got time Tuesday for a ride.

I need to replace my Crank Brother pedals & cleats. They don't make the cleats I have anymore, and they've worn down in a way that my shoe gets stuck on the pedal (and it's a bit stressful) when I need to unattach!

I was planning on posting a B+-level ride for next Sunday. The weather forecast looks excellent with temps in the mid-40s.

Chad, Scott G., Steve, Bob, John, Dan and I rode from Memorial Park in Nyack to the GWB via 9W this morning. We split up into two groups when we hit the climbs into Alpine, NJ. Shortly after, I flatted and we were three groups. We regrouped at the bike shop in Ft. Lee where we were informed that River Rd. was a total mess. We decided to head back on 9W instead.

Scott C., Chad and I rode from Toga Nyack to the Bear Mtn Bridge and back via 9W. The roads were clear and the weather was fine. We had a spirited ride with some strong surges on the climbs.

Ride leader Ian, Chad, and I started today's ride with a departure from Toga and nice slow pace up Hook Mtn headed north to Bear Mtn. At certain times we pushed the pace, but stayed together for the duration of the ride.

Good ride today! A bunch of us started out from Toga under unseasonal sun and warmth. Did a nice LSD through Piermont down to Rockleigh where we turned up to 9w. Rockleigh Road is especially nice since it was paved.
